I had to deal with Peter Clarke as the vendors estate agent when buying a property they listed and they are appalling. I won't name the agent's name in question as I will most likely be taking action against him but his absolute incompetence, negligence and lack of professionalism... Read Full Review

I had to deal with Peter Clarke as the vendors estate agent when buying a property they listed and they are appalling. I won't name the agent's name in question as I will most likely be taking action against him but his absolute incompetence, negligence and lack of professionalism almost jeopardised my move the day before completion. Even prior to this huge mistake he managed to completely disregard a basic request that I had made several times weeks in advance that led me to wasting my time off work and cost me money out of my own pocket. A complaint to the ombudsman will be coming soon.
