If at all possible avoid dealing with this agency. Although the front of house staff are very pleasant and professional the staff who look after the properties are curt and unprofessional. Hayley Christie did not walk through the check in inventory with us and when it came to checkout there were errors which she had failed to amend on her copy of the inventory. Repairs that were required during the tenancy were completed but she had to be asked on a number of occasions to action this. Again on checkout she did not do a walk around and despite the property being left cleaner than when we entered it tried to keep back some of the deposit on totally spurious grounds. Then when the deposit went to be resolved by a third party she did not even had the credibility to provide any evidence but clearly wanted to delay us receiving the full deposit which in the end we did when the deposit dispute team ruled in our favour. This is clearly an agency who work solely on behalf of landlord's. They are not interested in the tenant's whom they appear to view as inconveniencing them if repairs need to be done or even perceive them as being to blame for the repairs needing to be done. Be very careful when dealing with them but I would not recommend them. I had to give one star as there was not the potion to give none!
