After renting a property from Pagan Osbourne I was told Stonehouse would now be taking over the portfolio. I had been in this property for almost 7 years with absolutely no problems and everything kept tip top. I noticed a member of staff taking pictures in the garden and asked if more had been taken inside the house I was told they had. They had pictures of my furniture, my dog,my car and various other possessions. My permission was never asked and had it been the answer would have been NO. I was told by staff it was just to show the owners that I was living a good clean life in their house at which point I told them my solicitor would be involved if all pictures were not sent to me immediately. Stonehouse are a sneaky underhand company who have little or no respect for their tenants and I would never have anything to do with them. I would recommend that people stear clear of this company.
