No calls back when requested, sheriff officers at your door for a notice to quit although all rent is up to date and no payments ever missed instead of a simple phone call to advise the landlord wants the property back. Items breaking down in the property never fixed, Myself and my children nearly being electrocuted by a faulty dishwasher which after 3 months was still never fixed , Office staff are nothing short of incompetent and when you are moving out you get a list the size of war an peace which needs done or else you will lose your deposit. Total joke of a company and i would not recommend these bunch of cowboys to anyone. One star is too much for them

11 Aug 2020We have no idea who you are or if you have ever been a tenant of Key-Lets. There is no maintenance report on our management system of a dishwasher likely to cause electricution. Sheriff officers are used very rarely, and then to serve notice on tenants where normal communication is likely to be rejected. Again we cannot link your claims to a tenant in these circumstances.

21 Sept 2020this is a pathetic excuse for a agency i have been given 6 months notice because i asked for repair to door which is rotten got a message off my landlord to say he had no intention of selling my house then Julie of all people telling him to sell so he is ive tried posting messages off my landlord but they won't put him on

Keylets are an absoloute joke! Would under no circumstances would I ever rent a house that had anything to do with them again! On moving in of course they where great! Take your money fine, then when they have to come out and do an inspection with you for the inventory they do not show. ... Read Full Review
