Found Denmead EA to be dishonest and untrustworthy. The are now selling a property that has been put on the market by them 3 times. We had our hearts set on a property and for the sellers own reasons he messed us and other people about - kept offering on places and then pulling out of the sale. We lost a lot of money, time and nearly our buyers due to these games. Now the thing is, this seller did the same a couple of years ago and then pulled out of sales and took his house off the market. He has now done the same this year and Pearsons have now put his property back on the market AGAIN for a third time!! They have no morals. They also told me how they had lied to prospective buyers for our house to get a sale!! They clearly think everyone is a low and bent as they are. Dreadful place.
