After myself & all the other people in the chain being subjected to months of stressful demands from a supposedly potential buyer - who pulled out at the last moment - it transpired that, known to Pearsons - this was the fourth time of him doing so & yet they are still happy to remarket his property & to introduce him to other vendors!!!

Found Denmead EA to be dishonest and untrustworthy. The are now selling a property that has been put on the market by them 3 times.
