I would like it to be known how happy we were with the service provided by Pennys Estate Agents in the purchase of our new home in Exmouth, but in particular the extremely high level of care and professionalism that we received from Katy Harris. She made us feel completely connected with the process, from beginning to end, through her empathy for our situation and also her willingness to communicate with us at any time of the day, or night..! Katy not only demonstrated a very high level of care, but was also able to advise us expertly, which gave us the confidence we needed, at some particularly important junctures along the way. My wife and I would like to say a public 'Thank you' to Katy for everything she did for us, and we wish her every possible success in future.

Initially we followed bad advise and used another local agent. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of viewings over several weeks.
