Would certainly highly recommend the team at Penny's as being so helpful and reassuring throughout the sale of my house with a special big thank you to both Stella and Aimee.
The two of them handled the sale of my Exmouth property under somewhat difficult circumstances due to both the byer's and the seller's solicitors not exactly being the quickest at times in responding to their commitments. I think it would have dragged on either further if hadn't been for Stella and Aimee persistently on those solicitors backs to complete the sale.
I would now certainly only recommend that if your buying or selling a property for both to use local solicitors or conveyancers for the sale and for the purchase of it.

Initially we followed bad advise and used another local agent. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of viewings over several weeks. We changed our agent to Penny's and the situation changed immediately. We were very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and hard working... Read Full Review

Initially we followed bad advise and used another local agent. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of viewings over several weeks. We changed our agent to Penny's and the situation changed immediately. We were very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and hard working staff. We were always informed ,on a regular basis, about the progress of the work they were doing on our behalf. Within a few weeks a buyer had been found. The whole team were excellent and we cannot recommend them too highly.

I would like it to be known how happy we were with the service provided by Pennys Estate Agents in the purchase of our new home in Exmouth, but in particular the extremely high level of care and professionalism that we received from Katy Harris. She made us feel completely connected with the process, from beginning to end, through her empathy for our situation and also her willingness to communicate with us at any time of the day, or night..! Katy not only demonstrated a very high level of care, but was also able to advise us expertly, which gave us the confidence we needed, at some particularly important junctures along the way. My wife and I would like to say a public 'Thank you' to Katy for everything she did for us, and we wish her every possible success in future.
