I decided to go to W H brown in Retford to sell my house as Browns at Mexborough have sold me a house in the past so I thought I would get the same sort of service. Well I didn't the person who came out to value the house told me wrong information, she said I would get the broacher to approve in about 48hrs that would be a Monday and we will be live Tuesday. I never got the broacher till Thursday it was terrible 'selling points missed off and no pictures of the open views which they said the view would sell the house, no pictures of the bedrooms with built in furniture I thought at that point I had made a mistake going with them so I asked for the £180 back that I paid up front, the manager said I don't get it back they were keeping it to pay for the photos. I asked them to come and get their board back and they said it will be picked up Tue morning it is now Thursday and the board is still here.There customer service is terrible the manager did not give a dam about me going with another agent as he has got £180 out of me shame as he could have had another £3000 if he did his job.

I'm surprised at the negative responses, to be honest. Mike, my WHB contact was VERY proactive, a good salesman and got me virtually everything sorted in a 'One Stop Shop' type event.
