Once again they have let themselves down they are full of lies broken promises had a viewing on Monday promised a call Tuesday GUESS WHAT CAN'T BE ARSED TO EVEN CALL STILL waiting APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL NO CALL VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN YES YOU KNOW WHICH FEMALE MEMBER OF STAFF IT IS THE SAME ONE FULL OF CRAP

First contact was good, percentage agreed good, literature good. What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicated, when you have a buyer for your customer the job isn\'t done, not being solely focused on just renumeration understanding what a customer needs.

Awful. Made a special journey from south London to do a viewing on my day off and Williams Estate Agency didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me the house had been sold. What agent could do to change your mind?
An apology would've been nice. A courtesy phone call advising the house had been sold would've gone a long way. Responding to customer complaints instead of ignoring them would be helpful.
