To Williams Estate Agency Aylesbury I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you all for an excellent service. I have been so delighted with all the work you have done for me over the past 6 months I will definitely recommend your service to friends. Especially those who like me have been “ lost in space” when force to sell theirs home after divorce. That was a very emotional time for me and I needed not only help in sales of my house but most importantly a guidance in a procedures and emotional support which your company delivered belong my expectations. Now thanks to you , I am happily settle down in my new beautiful house. I will definitely miss your homely, friendly atmosphere in your office which I could visit at any time. I always find friendly face in your office who could answer my every , even very basic questions with pension and understanding. The Service you offered from start to finish was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. It's so nice these days to get a personnel service.

I don't know why landlords bother using the Aylesbury branch of Williams, they don't do anything after the initial stage of getting a tenant to sign the paperwork. First contact was good, percentage agreed good, literature good. What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicated, when you have a buyer for your customer the job isn\'t done, not being solely focused on just renumeration understanding what a customer needs.

Awful. Made a special journey from south London to do a viewing on my day off and Williams Estate Agency didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell me the house had been sold. What agent could do to change your mind?
An apology would've been nice. A courtesy phone call advising the house had been sold would've gone a long way. Responding to customer complaints instead of ignoring them would be helpful.
