[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] As a professional female I have tried to arrange a viewing via this company on numerous occasions but they never bothered to call me back despite they promised they would. And the reason for this wasn't because the property was taken - it was still available on their website for another month! When you call in they ask you lot of questions about your employment, where you stay, who you live with, if you have to give notice etc. which I find very intrusive and unprofessional taking into account this is your first contact with the agency. I believe these folk are very selective when it comes to viewings so they do not have to move their lazy asses from the office. If you do not want to do your job properly as other agencies, don't bother staying on the market... Wish I'd read the one star ratings and comments before embarking on a journey that made me feel like a criminal. How these people are still trading is beyond me. Thinking about using them... don't bother! Waste. Of. ... Read Full Review

I would agree completely with the other review. Having contacted this letting agency to view a property they had advertised I found the receptionist who answered the phone to be rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I called twice to arrange a viewing and both times the receptionist made feeble excuses ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
