Wish I'd read the one star ratings and comments before embarking on a journey that made me feel like a criminal. How these people are still trading is beyond me. Thinking about using them... don't bother! Waste. Of. Time.

Do not use this letting agency! If you ever have any issues they will not deal with them quickly or professionally. As mentioned in another review the staff are rude and unhelpful. Flat hunting ... Read Full Review

I would agree completely with the other review. Having contacted this letting agency to view a property they had advertised I found the receptionist who answered the phone to be rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I called twice to arrange a viewing and both times the receptionist made feeble excuses ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
