Very poor and shabby property agents. Avoid to protect yourselves from being exploited. Will try and talk you into agreements which are unprotected.

BEWARE!!! As a former tenant of AIA, we were thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience and service (non-existent!) they provided. Didn't even tell me about this till after I payed to secure property then they said I could move in 30mins later I got told I need to be accepted first and that I don't have enough money cheeky cunts don't know nothing at all I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy wankers the lot of them
