Carol made sure we were constantly updated with what was happening, giving us guidance and and helping when ever she could. It made the whole process a lot smoother and relitively un-stressful so that we got the house we wanted. She is a credit to the company she works for.

The agents were very helpful when looking for a new property, but once we had set up the tenancy the attitude changed.
