I was a tenant with Faulkners for nearly five years. They have been an excellent company/agent to rent from. They really do care and attended to the house on a regular 6month basis to check for maintenance. So from a Landlord and a tenant point of view they are always on top of the property.... Been in the property for over a year, just renewed the contract for another year and the annual Gas test has just been undertaken - resulted in the boiler and gas hob isolated and unusable.
