From the off we knew there would be problems because of the unapologetic lack of organisation. Upon moving into our apartment we found a lot of appliances were broken of which only some were replaced. It took almost a year to replace a sofa which was broken when we moved in. The excuse being "they couldn't find one which was the right size". Other problems included a rodent infestation which took 5 weeks to clear up and the nightmare tenancy ended with a lengthy disagreement over deposit amounts. We were students living in the apartment which might be something to bare in mind if you don't have a good knowledge of housing law and regulations because they will be used against you. My advice would be to steer well clear of this nightmare agency and look elsewhere.

8 Nov 2018This one tenant made the same complaints to the First Tier Tribunal but did not bother to turn up for the hearing. I was present and the landlords travelled to Aberdeen for the hearing where the evidence was heard and the visit to the property proved the Agent & the Landlords were not at fault. We also had issues with this one tenant.
