This is the second time we have used SBK and we found them to be extremely professional and helpful. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble as although we had a relatively short chain things did get complex and the staff did a lot of chasing to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. We were always kept informed of the situation in some cases 2/3 times a day. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Company wouldn't offer guarantor service, gentleman - lettings manager (gentleman) was friendly about this, and tried to work around it. However when I went into the branch to discuss with the lettings secretary, she was very rude and condescending, and didn't seem interested in our business... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Re-train your female lettings secretary and explain that a customer isn\'t to be treated like something on the bottom of your shoe.
