Recently sold my property through Oakhouse Properties in Cumnock. Staff very knowledgeable and the flat sold quickly (within 3wks) and slightly above the asking price. If your looking for a local agent in Th Cumnock area, I would highly recommend them.

Reasonable fees, was similar to other agents that covered the area (cheaper than some, I looked at).

It was a new build purchase. No sales brochure available. No information available what so ever. So we had many questions to ensure what was included in the sale, when contacting the agent he became increasingly impatient with the constant queries. It appeared that this company did everything they could not to sell my property for me after having been paid the fee to do their job properly. As soon as I paid the fee I was approached by a neighbour and warned that this company would try to get me to lower the price so that they could buy it ... Read Full Review
