It appeared that this company did everything they could not to sell my property for me after having been paid the fee to do their job properly. As soon as I paid the fee I was approached by a neighbour and warned that this company would try to get me to lower the price so that they could buy it for less than it's worth and then rent it out. Unfortunately my fears were soon confirmed when they came and took the photos against my expressed wish to wait until I had fixed a fence that had blown down during a gale. They came, took the photos, and then proceeded to advertise the property for a figure less than we had agreed. I ended up having to take new photos myself and asking them to replace the ones they had taken. After a while, sure enough, the first contact I had from them was asking me to lower the price. I told them I had no intention of lowering the price and from that moment onwards they made it obvious that they intentionally weren't doing their job properly. They had received their fee and this was their way of telling me to go elsewhere now. I've now taken the property off the market, it remains unsold after a nightmare 18 months with them. I would advise everybody to avoid this company and look for a company that deals honestly and treats their paying customers with respect.
