Woods and Country Wide are a total Rip Off company demanding high commissions from there contractors ,when carrying out any works upto 20% plus VAT . Contractors not paid for months or even years , They constantly loose invoices and cannot find emails . The staff at the Hub in Bradley Stoke are poorly trained , totally dysfunctional and don't care about the tenants , or the contractors who bend over backwards to help them . This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to sub contract from . To all landlords check how much you are paying and how much commission is being charged .
Fees are a total rip off , very bad .

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
