If I could give 0 stars I would. Waitin 2 months before responding about deposit and then tried to steal it from us. Luckily TDS stepped in and ruled in our favour. And if you are a landlord, beware - they left a slight leak in the bath for so long that cracks appeared in the ceiling.

Woods and Country Wide are a total Rip Off company demanding high commissions from there contractors ,when carrying out any works upto 20% plus VAT . Check out took place on 3rd April, deposit FINALLY received on 25th May. Towards the end of my tenancy I was told the deposit would be refunded within 10 working days, clearly that didn't happen.
