What a horrendous experience we have had with this branch. Lied to us the whole way through our purchase, constantly having to be chased and they never returned our calls. Even in person they were not interested in helping us. We were fobbed off at every turn. Their incompetence lead to us having a very stressful and unpleasant time. They took the joy out of what should have been an exciting time of our lives.

As much as I am disappointed to receive such a review, all feedback is good feedback and of course enables us to improve. I have reviewed your file within branch and we have in excess of 3 pages of documented notes detailing calls made to yourself and calls returned (including times), solicitors chased on behalf of both parties and both vendor and yourself updated on a very regular basis. I am also in receipt of a card from our vendor thanking us for such a wonderful service and stating they wouldn't hesitate to recommend us. As I'm sure you can imagine, with such detailed notes on file that appear to conflict with your review, and with such an apparent difference in service received by yourself and the vendor, I am a little confused/disappointed. 8 Nov 2018Firstly not sure how you know which file this is in conjunction with as the purchase was all in my partners name. He did come in to try and talk to you about the service we received and you personally were not interested in giving him the time of day and just told him you would get Louisa to call him. The standard response we always got! The vendor may have had a good experience but that doesn't change the fact ours was awful. I now feel I am being positioned as a liar and you are passing the blame rather than actually picking up the phone and calling us to discuss. I work in customer service and this is not how you deal with a bad review. I stand by my review, we were given false information several times and communication was extremely poor. Without the constant chasing from us, our solicitor and even the estate agent who was selling our house I strongly believe the sale would have never gone through. So many times we nearly pulled out because of the lack of urgency from your team. You say you want to improve, listen to your customers, talk to your customers not pass the blame!
