I dealt with Joe from day one of finding and viewing the property. He was really accommodating regarding viewings due to my work commitments, and answered all my questions and queries really quickly. He kept me updated on payments received, etc. I also dealt with Amy on a few occasions, and she was always friendly and happy to answer questions if Joe was out. All round, the most professional commercial agents I have dealt with.

horrible! the house is falling apart, mould everywhere in the flat, most things are broken, "furniture" consits of unusable and disgusting items. The agent fee are ridiculous, credit check £360, deposit and advanced payment , it is normal, but when it come to add additional tenant name or modify will cost £70 each, not showing when agent do the routine check £30, extend contract £120 (for every 6 month contract) , moving £120. What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs looking into ASAP, completely unacceptable to laugh down the phone at customers. Website needs updating to show an address for head office or a customer relations team if you want to complain. No wonder you were on watchdog a few weeks ago!!!
