As a former director of British airways group and now CEO of a stock market global Chinese group I am a perfectionists. Recently I was looking for properties for my daughter and after meeting a few agents found a couple we liked,but Sarah sold us,first we loved the property but equally Sarah's proffesianlism,dedication to the company,care and aftercare were outstanding.I would employ Sarah without a moments hesitation sadly she is dedicated to her Job and belvoir,I don't often write reviews but in this very isolated case I wanted too Sarah was simply outstanding may I also add mike the director of belvoir was a delight to work with and I could not recommend belvoir highly enough,our company have 20 Million members globally many Chinese and re locating tomthe Uk I would recommend belvoir based on my experience very highly

We rented a property from Belvoir Bolton, Blackhorse Apartments. When we moved in the apartment was filthy, lights not working and In general needed cleaners. We reported all of this. When we moved in to the property the house was a disgrace the previous tenant left dirty pots all over and dirty underwear which we had to clean. There is nothing the agency could do to ever make me go with them again, even if they had my dream house I will be going nowhere near them
