We rented a property from Belvoir Bolton, Blackhorse Apartments. When we moved in the apartment was filthy, lights not working and In general needed cleaners. We reported all of this. The modern sofa which was in there was snapped underneath and was replaced with an old two seater which was filthy and wouldn't fit well in a bedsit!. They failed to reply to emails and left me to have repairs done myself. Upon moving out they are now trying to charge us for damage and items that haven't been cleaned, the apartment is in a far better state than when we moved in. I would avoid this agency at all costs, they are not fit to run a letting agency and can not be trusted!

When we moved in to the property the house was a disgrace the previous tenant left dirty pots all over and dirty underwear which we had to clean.
