A friend of mine had recently sold her house in one week using Symonds & Sampson, and was insistent that I should try them when I wanted to sell my house. Every member of staff in the Ilminster branch (Tim, Georgie & Melissa) of Symonds & Sampson were really helpful, enthusiastic, polite and friendly, they are a great team, experienced and knowledgable. Thanks to them all my house was sold within 3 days, they always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and also kept in touch with my buyers and solicitor. The people further up the chain were using a cheap estate agents who didn't appear to do very much to help their clients so Symonds and Sampson had to double their efforts in order to complete on time. People are taken in by the cheap estate agent services offered on TV but believe me the service is poor, we often asked questions about our prospective house but never received answers and they appear to do little to help sell the property. Symonds and Sampson were more expensive but it was worth every penny and I can't recommend them more highly. A friend has just read this report and said it was 'very OTT' all I can say is the service was excellent and I mean every word.
