Where do I start? We agreed on a rental amount and I was assured 1200GBP which never transpired. We agreed to 12% commission per month which was stolen at the start so I did not get any rent for 2 months as there were hidden extras as well as this theft. They allowed the tenant to change the locks, decorate the house BEFORE the tenancy began which negated my Insurance cover,all without my permission. They proceeded to tell bare faced lies to me via email as I lived far away and deny this had happened yet when my Builder went in they admitted it. I stopped using them immediately and suffered a loss but I had lost my faith, I tried to take it to the small courts and they were still undeterred. They have no idea of professionalism and they are a shame to letting agents. I sent 40 emails to zain and he did NOT respond. What goes around comes around. Once a liar always a liar! DON"T USE THESE COWBOYS. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
