Lived at Empire House for 1 year and 10 months. At the end of the tenancy there was a dispute over a chair. Following procedure, I asked for a check in inventory. They have failed to produce one and continue to be rude and uncooperative. Be prepared to go to court to get your deposit back if you let from these guys.

However, as you are aware we did not move you into this building, and you took the apartment via another agent, who should have carried out the inventory. The delay was due to us trying to get them to provide this inventory and not us being uncooperative. However, the apartment you moved into was brand new, and if this chair was broken since you moved in then surely you would have reported in. You also failed to mention in your review that the deposit has been released in full now, without any deductions, despite the chair being broken during your tenancy. Despite this issue, if you do need another apartment in the city centre, we would be more then happy to help, and we would of course carry out an inventory. Thank you for your tenancy, you were an excellent tenant, and best wishes in the future. Justin Patel

Very bad.. they have a history if never giving back deposits. Had to go to court Court to get back drposit. They lied over and over again. Very foul mouth. They use anger and pressure over tennents.
