Lived at Empire House for 1 year and 10 months. At the end of the tenancy there was a dispute over a chair. Following procedure, I asked for a check in inventory. Very bad.. they have a history if never giving back deposits. Had to go to court Court to get back drposit. They lied over and over again. Very foul mouth. They use anger and pressure over tennents.
