[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] The property agent is completely incompetent. They are dishonest, they don't know their job, when they are doing something they do it wrong and where they can they do nothing at all. I honestly do not see why they bother, looking back all they have succeeded in doing is pressing print on the contract and taking my money. I would beg you to believe me when i say the only thing you will get out of dealing with this company is higher blood pressure and a throbbing vein in your forehead. The worst estate agent in Colchester. I only used them because the vendors property had been badly market and thus was available quite cheaply. Constant excuses, not returning calls, readvertising when SSTC to get a few extra quid and jeopardising a sale that took over 6 months. On the positive... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Getting rid of the smarmy, slimy, lazy and unprofessional staff would be a start. Realise that buy to letter landlords are key to selling 2 bed Victorian terraces and treat them with a bit of respect.
