I don't often respond to these but the review below is not a review its a disgruntled tenant who demanded a £400 per month reduced rent and clearly was disappointed when it was refused. The fees quoted are competitive with other agents in our area (in fact cheaper than most) and also included VAT. The reviewer didn't want a credit check on either party and was looking to pay upfront. We will always look for ways to facilitate tenants who don't quite fit the mould. We always go the extra mile if we can. Property had two viewings and was let. This tenant missed out. Fees quoted are incorrect and included VAT. They would also have included check in, check out. deposit registration and much much more. Remember this is someone who never used our services but just didn't like the price when it was presented and lost out because they wanted a 26% reduction in the rent. We have offered to discuss this with them and perhaps help them find something. We don't do grudges, we understand how hard it is out there.

They want over £700 for joint applicants (just two persons) as an agency fee to rent a house, allegedly for credit checks and 'right to rent' checks. I know from my business, credit checks cost £7 per person, and so-called right to rent is some very, very basic and quick to complete... Read Full Review
