I don't often respond to these but the review below is not a review its a disgruntled tenant who demanded a £400 per month reduced rent and clearly was disappointed when it was refused. They want over £700 for joint applicants (just two persons) as an agency fee to rent a house, allegedly for credit checks and 'right to rent' checks. I know from my business, credit checks cost £7 per person, and so-called right to rent is some very, very basic and quick to complete... Read Full Review
