Carl Belle, a very arrogant and ignorant individual. He is someone who will do things for his best interest and does will wriggle his way around everything without accepting any blame. He would never apologise even if he's in the wrong. I have had many people speak very little of this man and would urge anyone not to deal with this guy whether he has a property you want to rent or look to rent out. Save yourself the biggest headache of your life. I'm surprised Belvoir have not taken his franchise away from him.

Our policy is always firm fair, transparent and professional. We have no record of renting you a property or dealing with any application from you We would welcome an appointment at our office with you to discuss your comments and see what we can do to put things right. On the basis that we don't know who you are, it's difficult to resolve this. Perhaps your name is not even Chris. We really look forward to hearing from you.

6 Aug 2018Carl, it's quite funny how you respond so quickly to negative comments about you on a site that will make you look bad in the eyes of the public, but your attitude is very different in person. Instead of trying to arrange a meeting with me, why don't you focus on conducting business in the right way and think about changing your attitude and have some respect to people you deal with on a daily basis. I'm shocked that you have staff working for you knowing the way you are. It seems you don't like when people tell you the truth, but sometimes truth hurts and not only affect you, but your business.

6 Aug 2018Also Carle, the comment left by Kevin Zimmerman below my complaint shows that you cannot take any responsibility for any of your actions. We were in a similar situation to Kevin in fact. Carle makes you come to his office and fixes a time, but surprisingly he'll not be in the office or he's closed. This is a guy who throws cock and bull stories about legislation, but contradicts everything he does when it comes to him. Carle, you are a very clever man...but equally stupid! You might be able to scare people with your tactics, but I really do hope these comments help all future landlords and tenants to stop working with you. I would really love to see you apologise for anything that has been raised with these tenants and landlords that have taken their time to make these complaints. Like always, Carle believes they are all fabricated stories and he's too good for his own good. It's time to wake up Carle, cos one day you're gonna be an old lonely man with no one around you. We are waiting for a response!!

The worst experience, I have yet to come across agents that are as rogue as Carl.
