Absolutely excellent agent. We chose them through word of mouth and could not have been happier. They were extremely knowledgeable and proactive without being pushy. They sold our house at an excellent price in just three days. We initially contacted them about three weeks before being ready for market and unlike some other agents they did not rush us but allowed us to finish getting ready before going to market. They spend the intervening period lining up a good number of viewings. They kept us informed at all stages of the house sale. Their sales progression was very good indeed as they have such good contacts with all the lawyers and other agents after years of experience in the market. Our chain threatened to collapse at one stage and they smoothed everything over, calmed everyone down and got things moving again. They were patient, knowledgeable and sensible in all their dealings with us. We would recommend them wholeheartedly, particularly for those who prefer a less 'corporate' approach to buying and selling houses. They have all the expertise and effectiveness but without the dreaded estate agent jargon and aggressive attitude of some other agents.

MSE are awful. I had several issues while renting with them which were either never fixed or it took weeks longer than necessary. We had a very rocky ride with this agent, starting at the very beginning. What agent could do to change your mind?
Simply apologise when they make a mistake instead of trying to shift the blame elsewhere and show some respect to customers who are wishing to place a complaint rather than the rude manner I was approached with.
