Their fees are far too high and they are absolute let downs. They failed to inform that a staff member had left who originally handled our move out had left the branch too. FAR too slow in response and not lenient in any way whatsoever.
Comments on Agent Fees
Absolutely terrible! £395 for reference fees for two people. I could rent elsewhere with agencies such as W H Brown or Leaders for fees far cheaper than that. £300 for a holding fee you WONT get back if you fail.
