Their fees are far too high and they are absolute let downs. They failed to inform that a staff member had left who originally handled our move out had left the branch too. FAR too slow in response and not lenient in any way... Read Full Review

Absolutely terrible! £395 for reference fees for two people. I could rent elsewhere with agencies such as W H Brown or Leaders for fees far cheaper than that. £300 for a holding fee you WONT get back if you fail.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
