Superb staff, most helpful. They keep me well informed and up-to-date with all news on the property. Always helpful and eager to do more than the basics. Read some disturbing reviews from dissatisfied customers and needed to set the record straight. Have had a few problems with tenants, but JH Lettings handled it all smoothly and kept me informed all the way. Damages that have occurred have been quickly fixed at reasonable rates. I live in Switzerland and have been happy for them to manage everything for me for the past 12 years or so. They have advised on the going rates and kept the rates reasonably good for me and with good tenants has kept it also fair for them. In my 12 years or so experience with them, I have found them to be very good and fair to both sides of this business and would very highly recommend them to anyone. I guess some people just have a grudge and feel the need to try and destroy a good local business. I say, keep promoting local businesses like this one, it is good for the community
