From where to Start. I went for a viewing on the westgate apartments 2 months before the moving date. Seen that on the outside there was a building just being finished on the right and a barrier 2 meters from my window(ground floor to communal Gardens). Ask the agent about it and if it was quiet in here, etc, the normal to make sure I would get the right location. The answer was that nothing happens it is quiet, the building wont make noise because its done .. when I've moved seen that the barriers were closer to my window and they had just started to re-do the all communal garden( basically machines digging the floor drilling, mentioning that would be a 6 week job which i believe have started mid/end of march(today is the 29 of August they are no where near the end...) from 8am right next to your head. brought this to the agent attention and to move us somewhere around as they misled the costumer. The answer was that out of a few costumers on the ground floor you are the only one complaining. uau, what an answer from a professional. To finish. Don't trust this people as they are only driven to make money on their own benefit. Ps- found out that the noise wont stop until 2025 as there is plans to build in front of us as well a car park that will go down right next to us and will be replaced by a new building. Imagine if wouldn't be quiet to live here

Shockingly unprofessional! They delivered the flat very dirty and left most of the issues in my property unresolved throughout the tenancy. One of the guys used came into my flat for viewings without notice and without my consent. Very disrespectful and ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
