Shockingly unprofessional! They delivered the flat very dirty and left most of the issues in my property unresolved throughout the tenancy. One of the guys used came into my flat for viewings without notice and without my consent. Very disrespectful and rude.

From where to Start. I went for a viewing on the westgate apartments 2 months before the moving date. Seen that on the outside there was a building just being finished on the right and a barrier 2 meters from my window(ground floor to communal Gardens). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
