Misleading and false information from the agent from mags and Allen ; misleading us to rent a damp beat out shop that can't even be used and now have a 3 year lease thanks to this company , Totally disgusting customer service from them . Never ever again will I deal with this estate agent .

13 Mar 2020I rented my flat out with Maggs and Allen for about 4 years. Tom was amazing, fair to the tenants and fair to me- recommend them immensely. The Sales team however - what a joke! Four times I contacted them in regard to the sell of my flat. Lies, false promises and fobbing off comes to mind. Well Maggs and Allen Sales’ team, I sold my flat within 3 days of it being on the market. Your loss and HM’s gain! ?
