Had a property on the market with these from sometime autumn 2015 until June 2016 with zero viewing. Every time we visited, they were more interested in internal "management / staff training" exercises than dealing with clients. On our final visit, we waited on the doormat for several minutes before the so-called "manager" curtly asked "Did you want something" without even bothering to raise her eyes from document or computer screen to see who was on the doormat. The terms "unprofessional" and "incompetent" would be compliments where this business is concerned.
