Absolutely terrible service, we have been left out of pocket & with a damaged house. Having used a great deal of letting agents this company is by far the worse. Absolutely terrible service, we have been left out of pocket & with a damaged house. Having used a great deal of letting agents this company is by far the worse. Communication has been poor or false, lack of care towards us & our family home plus dealing with staff not based on Hereford is unacceptable. We are extremely upset & angry.

My partner leased a property from the Hereford branch .Having dealt with many letting agents myself in the past i was shocked at how unprofessional this company is !! They tell you what you want to hear until they have your money then they twist the story .After almost 2 months my partner is still waiting for his deposit back . That's on top of them accusing him of having more than 1 key , they then realized their mistake , then with no apology asked if he could post key back to them recorded delivery .My partner did as they asked only to be told that the key was not in the envelope when received , despite him having proof of the weight of the recorded delivery letter sent ,and to add insult to injury they told him he shouldn't have posted the key !!!Since then they do not communicate with you unless you hound them .Jane the office manager needs to learn how to manage and a few lessons in customer service would be very beneficial too.As it has now taken so long we are now in the process of taking legal advice .Save yourself the stress and do not give these scamming money grabbers your hard earned cash.
