Absolutely terrible service, we have been left out of pocket & with a damaged house. Having used a great deal of letting agents this company is by far the worse. Communication has been poor or false, lack of care towards us & our family home plus dealing with staff not based on Hereford is unacceptable. We are extremely upset & angry.

My partner leased a property from the Hereford branch .Having dealt with many letting agents myself in the past i was shocked at how unprofessional this company is !!
