I had reason to visit the Prestwick office to discuss aspects of the properties that they currently deal with for me. Although my properties are in Troon It was easier for me to use the Prestwick office and I'm glad I did. Tracey was my first point of contact and to be honest I didn't really need anyone else. Her knowledge of the properties was great and no question that I had went unanswered. She was extremely capable of dealing with everything that I require and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Nothing was too much of a hassle.

Rentolease have been looking after my property for over 15 years. I live abroad and leave everything in their hands and have never had a problem . Appalling company. Customer service is totally non existant to the point that they refuse to meet to discuss their errors. My property was handed back damaged and wasn't cleaned. What agent could do to change your mind?
Show more respect to their tenants. Change their attitude, improve customer service and react to tenants\' enquiries (especially the urgent ones) quicker.
