Recently moved to Rentolease from another letting agency.
The service from Rentolease has been excellent. They have taken care of letting out my property and have been very thorough in vetting the new tenants.
The process was stress free with rentolease as the friendly staff took care of everything & listened & assisted with any queries & concerns i had.
My property was let within weeks of going to Rentolease & i have had no issues since moving to Rentolease.
I fully recommend this company. Having had experience of other letting agents, i can confirm Rentolease provide a fantastic & professional service.

I have used RentoLease for several years since moving abroad.
The team are very professional, keep me regularly updated with regard to policies and legal requirements I have as a landlord as well as keeping me appraised with any issues concerning my property or tenant.
Fortunately, because they have such good vetting procedures, I've not had any problems with any of my tenants.
Any issues concerning my property, have been dealt with in a fair and efficient manner, both for myself as the property owner, and for the tenant. The RentoLease team have offered, in the past, to put me in contact with various local and trusted tradesmen / tradeswomen, ensuring the most expedient and cost effective resolution to whatever problem arose at the time.
Fantastic support and would highly recommend.
Keep up the great work!

I had reason to visit the Prestwick office to discuss aspects of the properties that they currently deal with for me. Although my properties are in Troon It was easier for me to use the Prestwick office and I'm glad I did. Tracey was my first point of contact and to be honest I didn't really need anyone else. Her knowledge of the properties was great and no question that I had went unanswered. She was extremely capable of dealing with everything that I require and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Nothing was too much of a hassle.

I would not recommend using this company at all. Although I cannot speak for the other staff members in terms of customer service, a certain staff member *' is a lot to be desired in terms of professional conduct. We had been trying to acquire a property through the landlord personally but as the property was listed through rentolease all the usual avenues had to be taken. After me doing everything I could do to sort out things, I finally had 'Lesley' tell me Ok, that's fine the flat is definitely yours and we'll contact anyone else to tell them it's off the market. This was on the Monday. I was so delighted and relieved! But after we put our flat up for re advertisement at a cost of £180 first thing on the Tuesday morning, we were told later that the flat had been given to someone else. This was due to miscommunication between the two branches apparently and someone else had put a deposit down. But between rentolease and the landlord we were told the property was ours and that we were the ones they wanted in the property because we were honest trustworthy people. But we were lied to, manipulated and due to our financial situation which both landlord and rentolease knew about and knew the consequences of us not getting the flat, we are going to end up homeless with my 2 and a half year old daughter. But the most upsetting thing was after me speaking to 'lesley' and being quite upset about the situation she spoke to me in a patronising manner and laughed at me on two occasions when I said about being homeless and then when I said about taking the matter further. This may not be the conduct of all staff members and do not want to say that the full company is at fault but only judging by my experience *I can definitely say that I will never use this company while she is working there and have financially and emotionally suffered from this experience.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Show more respect to their tenants. Change their attitude, improve customer service and react to tenants\' enquiries (especially the urgent ones) quicker.
