I don't want to put down any details as they are too long to put down here. However I have never come across such unprofessional estate agents in my life. They use cowboy builders and then put the blame on others. I was threatened and abused by thugs sent to harass me. I didn't haver the financial backing to peruse legal, but someone decided to help me out and now I am taking matters to legal. They always say that Oh we manage so many properties blah blah. Well they cant even manage their attitude, as they have been rude and unresponsive to my concerns.

Avoid dealing with the company at all costs. They way they work has to be illegal. They will come across genuine at first but once you've signed a contract for their services they will treat you badly. All i can advise is please be cautious with these... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
Prioxide a legally binding contract. Be less aggressive Not everyone has cash availability to pay monthly rent.
