Please do your research before choosing your letting agents. These guys are absolute cow boys. Id hate other Tennants to experience what I did. After my 2nd month of renting they started to ask me to pay in cash only. They furnished the property and it out of my deposit.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Prioxide a legally binding contract. Be less aggressive Not everyone has cash availability to pay monthly rent.

Avoid dealing with the company at all costs. They way they work has to be illegal. They will come across genuine at first but once you've signed a contract for their services they will treat you badly. All i can advise is please be cautious with these... Read Full Review
