I've had nothing but problems with this estate agents from the get go. The property wasn't grounded properly within months fornme moving in with a friend we had to go 2 weeks without gas or electric. When the oven stopped working I raised a maintenance ticket, the oven wasn't sorted for 6 months. The furnishings in the property were so poor that they had to be fixed regularly by myself and my roommate. Paint so cheap it comes away from the wall. Which is ridiculous given how much the rent was. The bed broke in the main bedroom and it took 3 months to be replaced. The key card for the gas stopped working and when I tried to look into it the account didn't exist with British gas. A fraudulent team had to come and look into it and they were apparently unaware. Towards the last 6 months of the tenancy there was constant constructionon the next door properties and above my apartment drilling would start before 8am and go past 6pm some nights and drilling would take place at the weekend, estate agents had no idea as the landlord had pulled the two properties. Awful. Stay away from this estate agents it's not worth it. Worst experience I can say I have ever had.

Do not rent property from them and their associates their properties are cheap the tenant are noisy and don't care about anyone and they noisy wash at all hours ..they have triggered the fire alarm several times due to not properly doing things I would never recommend this agency for you to ... The nice reviews are lies. I was given a filthy room with a dirty bathroom. There were toothbrushes and used razors in the bathroom cabinet. There was someone elses food in my brand new fridge.
