Do not rent property from them and their associates their properties are cheap the tenant are noisy and don't care about anyone and they noisy wash at all hours ..they have triggered the fire alarm several times due to not properly doing things I would never recommend this agency for you to ... I've had nothing but problems with this estate agents from the get go. The property wasn't grounded properly within months fornme moving in with a friend we had to go 2 weeks without gas or electric. The nice reviews are lies. I was given a filthy room with a dirty bathroom. There were toothbrushes and used razors in the bathroom cabinet. There was someone elses food in my brand new fridge. The heater in the bathroom didn't work, the shower didn't work properly and the radiator didn't work ... Read Full Review

Pointview Estates opened two electricity accounts in my name without authorisation. One was for power used from December 2015 when I didn't sign a lease until March 2016.
